I bought Rigo water purifier in feb2014  from Snapdeal, I didn't go for Kent or Aquaguard because I want to select something different not the branded one but should be certified and quality product.


So far, I think I made a mistake buying Rigo Elite water purifier.




  1. They are having chargeable service which usually free of cost if you buy any RO from branded company.




  2. I bought this product in 12K, and with this amount, there is no user manual, not a single document how to operate and how to install and what to do if you getting some error .this is a big fault which I didn't like atleast Rigo Elite should have some user manual.




  3. One of person from Rigo called me and he told me that he will visit tomorrow and that day was 15 days before . I dont know what was the definition of "tomorrow" for him.




  4. For RO, you need to check the water for TDS, and it should not be very less or very high. It should be with in 100-150 for healthy life. For this some one from service center should come and check the output of product but till now I am drinking water just like that. Dont know if product is really working or not.




  5. Product plastic is not so good, water filter connection points are very delicate and they can easily break if you apply force. There was water leakage from filter but somehow I managed.




  6. I will suggest, if you are ordering online from any site, keep your budget low (less than 1000)  . because you dont know what you will get.




  7. Snapdeal site says 7 days return policy with no question ask. This is also a big scam. They dont care after you done with payment .




  8. I have file complaint 2 times and each time I got separate ticket number saying in mail some one will contact you soon. But its 15 days and there is no call from Snapdeal people.

Query I have raised concern about the product( ticket no - 5545357) 8 days before. After raising, I got call from the local dealer and he agreed to come to check the product and will give a demo. So far, no one has come. I am very disappointed with the service and worried what will happen when some parts of purifier need change after 6 month or 1 year. It is totally wastage of money, I made mistake by purchasing this product and now I want to return this product. Reason is poor after sale service.


Please let me know otherwise I will assume there is no 7 days no questions ask policy existed. I will put a good feedback so that people will get to know the reality before making an order online.
