My orders has been cancelled without any notification. I have got a mail that your money will be refunded in 1-3 weeks. after payment's 2 weeks before. Means an ordered has placed on 14th march i.e., 430080086. till getting no response by calling day to day. After that today has come to me a mail. That your money will be transferred.

Hi Manish, we are sorry that your orders have been cancelled. Actually Manish, there have been cases where people have purchased the products from us in bulk and sold them. In order to discourage such practices, our products team decided to cancel bulk orders where a person has ordered more than 2 in quantity, of the same product.
We have initiated the refund from our end. It will take 7-21 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your statement which is the time period set by all Indian banks. If there is any other way we can help you, please do let us know.
