I have ordered a bluetooth headset on Oct-15, I havent yet received the product. When ordering it was one-day shipping. As said they have shipped the product next day but it still havent reached me. I guess they are shipping it from MARS:(
help@snapdeal - gave the same tracking number and courier(EWings) details. Their website is not working neither the phone number given in SMS. No response for the questions at help@snapdeal.
This is not the first time it is happening, my earlier order was also delayed but alteast it was delivered. Very poor and pathetic service. I am quitting from snapdeal and would recommend others also to quit.
