I bought Bajaj Majesty RX14 WallMount Fan Room Heater with order id 3859379426 I placed order on 7 December and they delivered this product on 22nd december I this time duration I contacted so many times with customer care and u believe me customer care representative is unable to do anything.
They are having moneyback guarantee if product is not dispatched within 3 days and if not delivered within 7 days after shipping but I got my product after 15 days and so I called many times regarding this moneyback guarantee because my product is not delivered within time frame each and every time they gave me some different complaint number but dint get any single complaint resolution. So please dont buy anything they dont give your money back if it fails to deliver within timeframe.
