I ordered a LG Google Nexus 5 on Snapdeal on 18 March 2015. By the time I could fill the form(address etc) and successfully place the order, it was 4:03pm, I missed the Next day delivery i.e(Order placed before 4 p.m will be delivered by next business day)
It said, Your order will be delivered withing 2 Business days.
On 19th march, I got a text on my mobile saying, Your delivery date is 25 March.
On 20 March, I get a text again saying, Your delivery date is 26 March.
However, all these days I have just been tracking my order with the(Track Your Order Facility on swapnex.com).
It was 26th night, I still didn't receive my order. So, I went pulled up swapnex.com again, and I was surprised to see CONSIGNEE REFUSED TO ACCEPT. Whereas I never had a call from the logistics department, nor anybody had visited my place with the Order.
On 27th I called Snapdeal customer care, and they say, Sir, we have placed your complaint, please give us 48 HOURS.(48 long hours dear friends).
I was like what??
There's no online shopping site like FLIPKART & AMAZON.
My dear Snapdeal, You didn't live upto your word. You have disappointed me, I'm totally vexed.
