I was checking the site snapdeal. And wanted to buy a cycling hat to protect my self from the injuries. I like a product and I ordered it but when it came , it was another product .I was shocked to see that . And I forget toention it had came two weeks later. And when I wore it the strap was broken and was tied by a knot . When I call the customer care service of snapdeal , I told him the situation and he replied aggressively and said that the return policy is only for five days and when told him that the product had come 2 weeks later .he cut the call.
