Electronics Return Policy is Very Poor.


I bought a Asus ADSL Router Modem from them online firstly the delivery was too late after which I realized I bought the wrong product because my internet connection was DSL and not ADSL and when I contacted them back they said the vendor is not ready to accept any reversal read the IT policy.


They told me the return policy for electronics is totally different from other products. To my surprise every where on the website it shows no questions asked returns etc etc.
