I would prefer to share my worst experiences with Snapdeal. I had bought SanDisk extremist USB 3.0 Flash Drive on 25 Oct, 2015 however still i'm awaiting my order to deliver.
it's showing, sent on 01 Nov, 2015 from urban center and afterward there's no update within the following history. this can be my second expertise with Snapdeal within the last 2 months. Earlier, they delayed lots to deliver my waterproof portable computer though it absolutely was at my nearest hub for quite three days. They waited for calculable time to over so deliver.
Their partner Gojavas is worst, after I enquired to trace my order, their client care did not show any angle to wear down client and could not declare delaying and did not offer any assurance to deliver my product on priority though I had mentioned the urgency of the merchandise for my business.
Snapdeal is least hassle to deliver the merchandise even once fifteen days. this can be very frustrating as a result of these eCommerce sites ar creating tall claims however at the time of deliver, they're worst. 1st they must improve their infrastructure then create tall claims. I might request everybody assume before ordering a product on Snapdeal.
