I have purchased couple of products from snapdeal.com recently. Here is my experience. They provide higher discount and better range than other sites but here is the down side. I have ordered following items from snap deal. Two out of the four items were faulty/ damaged on arrival.
1) Tata Swach Utltima RO+ UV water purifier - Faulty product .
2) 3 set of Tupperware Kitchen storage - 1 set was Damaged.
When I provide my review comments on the site they never published it.
When I tried to return the product, they demanded DOA(dead on arrival certificate) certificate from manufacturer. This condition was not written anywhere on their site.
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Please do not fall pray to their deals because at the end you loose more.
