I ordered a sweatshirt (blue color). After a wait of 4-5 days, I checked the status of my order and it said "undelivered because customer asked for other date", when in fact I had never got a call from these people.
Then after contacting them, I got the sweatshirt, but it was of a very bad green color. I called the customer care and they asked me to start the reverse pick up process for getting it replaced. I immediately sent them the AWB no of the courier on the help desk email id, which is a dead one and nobody ever responds to it.
I wrote 3 mails and still there was no response and then I had to keep calling those people who gave a different reason everytime. And then I suddenly got a mail that refund process has been initiated. I called again and the person said they have got the product but the blue color sweatshirt is not available with the seller now.
I checked online and it was still there for sale on their webpage. I called back and another new executive said, yes mam, I can see it is there and I'll forward a request to replace and not refund. In spite of reiterating several times and writing again and again, these people started the refund process. Now I am waiting for my money to get credited to my account.
I don't even know whether I'll get it back after looking at their such a pathetic service. It is the worst online shopping service. Just waste of time, efforts and money. I will never ever buy anything from Snapdeal.
