Never buy anything from Snapdeal as they dont care about their customers.All they care is about their money which they loot when you order and then make you call them a 1000 times because they dont intend to deliver your goods and do away with your money.


They have their call center puppets to say we are sorry for the inconvenience blah bllah bullshit.


I have ordered a product on 14th Oct.2014.


They committed to deliver on 20th Oct then moved the date to 23rd then to 29th and then to Nov 4th and yet today they have not delivered.See the snapshot attached.


When I asked to cancel they say we will refund only when the courier company delivers the product back to them.the product is rotting in some warehouse and Snapdeal is not interested in giving me my money back.


I wrote a mail to the management the CHEATS who call themselves entrepreneurs but their skin is 2 inch solid shameless brand, no one cares to reply.


Find below my mail to them Nov 1(3 days ago)

I would like to bring to your notice a case of  non delivery of a product I ordered and paid for 15 days back on your online site called the snapdeal.


The order placement happened with a snap, the money in your account came with a snap and the product disappeared with a snap. Never delivered to me.


Perfect name for a company like yours which makes people's money dissappear with a snap.


Now the actual talk:


I placed my order on 14th October 2014 with an estimated initial delivery date from snapdeal as 20th Oct, then moved the date to 23rd, then moved the date to 29th and Now 4th Nov.


Wait a minute I shall check again to make sure snapdeal hasn't changed it while I was writing this mail to you.


When I call customer support they say they need  72 hrs to recall the product on cancellation, I was wondering if in the last 16 days it couldn't reach me then how would it reach back to you in 72 hrs:D.Snapdeal Customer support is really humorous, or maybe all the in transit status flags were fake.


I have made an online payment of approx 3000 Rs. Its small money but a lot is at stake for snapdeal I suppose if snapdeal intends to hold my money without delivering my product now after 16 days of order placement and without a proper justification for doing so.


That order was a gift to someone on Diwali which is spoilt now but I hope you had a good one.


I also know you wouldn't bother writing back either or maybe I will get an automated reply mail stating sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are working on making your purchase pleasant at snapdeal, but I still felt the need to write to you to share my only experience with snapdeal NEVER EVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM(SNAPDEAL). THEY ARE ONLINE SCAM F/ FRAUDS
