I placed an order for Sony bluetooth earphones ( rs.1800) for my friend on 6th Sep which was supposed to be delivered between 10 to 14 but on 9th sep I got a mail and message that they cannot fulfil my order with the current seller and have placed a new order with a new seller for rs. 2500 ( which is rs.700) and asked me to pay the extra 700 bucks at the time of delivery.
I tried calling their customer care but no one was there to receive call and only IVR ( automated voice) told me the status of my order. I tried emailing them as well but still after 3-4 days there is no response from them. Finally I had to cancel my order.
If there would have been a provision for negative stara I would have given that but unfortunately I have to mark one start.
