I purchased a product from Snapdeal.com on 26th September. After a couple of days, I got the information that my product will be shipped by 29th september. On 29th September, they send me a message, the revised shipping date is 2nd October. On 2nd October, I received an SMS that revised shipping date is 7th October. Today is 8th of October, I am anticipating a message saying your product will be shipped after another 5 days. When I call customer support, they assure me that they was a delay but the product will come in 3 working days. I have already paid the money so not sure how to deal with this situation.
For the same product, I see the standard delivery is within 1 day at my pincode. I believe I will have to cancel the order. None of Snapdeals representative has called so far to tell some action is being taken on this.
