I ordered an Iphone 5s from snapdeal on 3rd August and received it on 5th August 2016.
It was an open delivery, however, courier guy refused to open the phone he only opened the package of snapdeal. When I opened the box there was no phone but only accessories.
I ordered a iPhone 5s Space Gray on bill says the same but iPhone box says Silver and IMEI doesn't match on the bix or bill. I called snapdeal they are refusing to register a complaint or replace or refund the product. I am not sure what to do now. I have called my credit card company to charge back the amount lets see what happens. I will Sue Snapdeal for sure.
