They believe that they are leader... My experience is as they are in tremendous work burden and so they work very slowly.
I confirmed (Order no. 909867886) on 16th March and they cancelled on 28th March .. reason was misspell of email address ie " redifmail " forgot to repeat " f ". My all details including landline number was correct and they cancelled the order after shipping date andafter 12 days of order.
Their Customer care representatives speak differently for a single question or case. They perhaps do not know to use their system or they do it purposely to harass.. for example in 12 days I contacted around 7-8 times no body guided me to cancel the order(as their system was going to cancel the order) though I informed them all the time my email address had misspelled and so I was not getting their mails so contact me on cell.. another one was during my refund process on 4th April and on 10th April (ie after one week) they informed me to go bank for my refund as they had deposited amount in consult bank .. and amount was not in my account so I was in worry if they deposited the amount then when it was... and I received refund on 12th April. They write in their site in refund gateways, banks agencies do late but ourIndian railway do refund in 4-5 days and other government institutes also refund in 4-5 days, even Flipkart takes 4-5 days while Snapdeal takes 7-15 days for writing but they take 15 days.
So due to misspell of email address without any information or messaging by SMS they cancelled the order after 12 days and refund process took 15 days ie total 27 days my amount was increasing their company's cash flow and for me amount was block..
So think before any deal with snapdeal and always go for COD.
