Way back when I had started using Snapdeal, the website was boring, not engaging and so dull. Apparels with bloated model pics were a big turn off. The customer service was horrible. I had ordered a saree based on popular ratings and I had to return it the same day! Why? Because the half and half saree were pasted on each other. The velvet patch was pasted, and NOT stitched. The so called embroidery was again pasted! It was a horrible experience.
My second order of a red net saree was also disappointing when I found the saree defective. Another turn off it was!
My third turn off was when I had ordered Park Avenue men's grooming set. The moment I opened the pack, the body powder was all over my hands. The packaging was poor, so was the product packing. And then I stopped using snapdeal.
Now the website looks classy and very nicely done, compared to look of 2015. However, I doubt the customer service of Snapdeal. I am scared to order products from this website, inspite of the new look & feel of the website.
