I am one of the unfortunate customers who looses their money on this website. I ordered a car parking cover on this website of particular brand but I received the local Delhi brand cheap quality cover very second day of my order to them, when I opened the courier after paying the amount to courier person I found that duplicate quality I ask that to take it back and refund my money but the courier person say now it will happen with company only.
I complaint about the same in company they arrange a reverse pickup and assure me to provide best quality product with in two days after 7 complete days and lot of followups I received another courier with another cheap quality unbranded cover again.
This time I complaint to snapdeal.com and ask for refund only but today after 20 days of deal I never received any reply nor the solution for the same
So, please beware of this fraud website b4 purchasing anything.
