Where is my product? Its been 3 months.

I ordered a product from Snapdeal on 7th January, 2013. It is now the 18th of March, 2013(62 days from the order date) and I have(A) NOT received my product and(B) NOT received my refund. I have only received MULTIPLE CALLS from the Snapdeal staff asking me exactly the SAME QUESTION FOR TWO MONTHS "Madame, have you received your product?".


I requested for a cancellation of my order and refund two weeks after my order date(end of January), yet the only response from the Snapdeal team has been "Your request is in process" or "I am reaching out to you because per our records the product has been delivered". I also get a wonderful email from the team saying the product has been delivered and they hope I am satisfied with the delivery. Can someone please show me the product?


I have spoken to multiple employees, tried to escalate the matter, spoken in a harsh tone and even gone to the extent of threatening to raise a police complaint but nothing seems to initiate / hasten the process. The team only knows how to ask two questions, both of which are useless and NOTHING which results in a refund or even an implication of a refund of my money. Does this count as "corporate stealing?". In this day and age where online shopping results in product delivery within two days, can a website really afford to do this?


I hope this review will increase the awareness of other potential customers of the complete incompetency and lack of support or coordination from different sub groups of the overall Snapdeal team. I have also sent an email to the CEO - The Snapdeal staff do not listen to a customer, but maybe they will listen to their CEO? I am not sure how far the email will go or if the CEO will even view it, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
