My experience for Snapdeal is not good at first but the service really impressed me.I have bought a smartphone from Snapdeal last month.I have to say that there delivery service is good . They delivered the phone within 2 days of the expected date.
But when I got the phone it shows some problem which was not expected at all. But there return and replacement process is really good.I had wrote complain and they soon replaced the product within 4 days.
And 6 months ago I also bought a juicer machine and it also showed some problem for this I also had to replace that product.And that time also their replacement process was quick as well.
So my experience states that while buying product in Snapdeal u may get defected product.But if u complain or choose return and replace option within 7 days from delivery they will replace ur product.There delivery as well as return process is quite fast.
They dont have the best product but u can really trust this site
