I do a lot of online shopping. I bought a lot of stuff from snapdeal. On the basis of my personal experience let me tell you the pros and cons.
Pros:
1) Lots of option to shop from.
2) good deals., very good pricing.
3) next day delivery option on most of the products on making only payment.
4) Return and refund is good.
5) same day refund into the freecharge wallet.
Cons:
There is just one big con and that is their Customer care. There are two instances because of which I am giving this website 2 star. First one is, I have tried order a shirt for my father though money was deducted from my freecharge wallet, but order was not placed. So I raise a complaint about the same. I wrote and call the customer many a times, but its hard to believe it took them 3 months to refund my money.
Second one was related to return and refund, actually I have requested a return for a top, the courier boy took thee top from me, but they came again for the same pick up, I told them, that it was already done. But to my surprise customer care denied receiving the item, it took me 8 months of constant calling and writing mails to get the refund.
Other than this two instances my experience with snapdeal is good.
