Hi Friends,


First of all E-shopping is waste of money and time. They increase the price and then offer exciting discounts on it{Esp Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong} and once the product is sold they don't give you proper after sales service even if you received a damaged product.


My first purchase from Snapdeal was a Swiss 3D Glasses for Rs.350 which I received after 10-15days that too after calling and begging them to deliver the product. Once received I found a cheap 50 Rs 3D glasses which I returned and got SD cash in return which I utilized to buy a pen-drive.


Therefore I was quite satisfied with Snapdeal as they offered returned. So I went ahead to buy a laptop. I placed Cash on Delivery and received the laptop. The delivery was promised 3-4 days but I received after a week that too after calling and emailing them several times.


To my shock I noticed that the Serial No was missing on the bill. See images attached.Now every device has a serial No and when you buy with a valid bill, the serial no is printed on the bill, So when you take it to service center they can crosscheck whether it's the same device you bought or it's another product of your friend or family you are trying to get it repaired freely. So With the help of serial No you can register and gain warranty.


In my case within 30days you have to register on Samsung.com to gain warranty and it has been more than 20days and still Snapdeal is not providing a 5Rs printout of bill for my 25000Rs Samsung Laptop. This is equal to harassment.


Calling them everyday and emailing doesn't make them feel ashamed. On top their Customer Representative says yes to everything. For example if you ask when will the product will be delivered or when will I receive my bill. They would say by today for sure. Everyday they would say the same thing. If you want to talk to any senior person or manager they always make excuses.


Mistakenly I have ordered 2 more products 1 Air Cooler and 1 Perfume both of which is stuck with Courier partners. The Air Cooler is stuck because they had problem with Octroi tax applicable. They are really that stupid they didn't knew first that Octroi would be applicable? I would have bought from Mumbai itself.


They are not Serious and they don't answer your mails or calls. Even if you went lucky and received a call from Snapdeal Representative then don't enjoy they would say it will get done but they never learn. Snapdeal Is FakeDeal.com.


If my laptop stopped working after somedays I can't get it repaired as Serial No is not mentioned by snapdeal on the Bill. Getting a Refund is also Risky. Don't buy from them, buy from retailers who work hard and want to improve and not this stupid E-Shopping Website.

Forgot to Mention: There was a free pen-drive worth 750 which I didn't received. But after calling them several times they agreed to give me 325 SD Cash to buy a new pen-drive from their website which I utilized to buy Perfume. And with such a bill without serial no and vat deductions it may be a smuggled laptop bought from Foreign countries and sold in India to avoid Custom Duty fees?

I ordered a graphic card XFX 6670 from Snapdeal.com


As said earlier the box of the graphic card was open and was unsealed one. But when called and convinced by the seller to check it out it worked well in playing games. But the still the question of opened box/unsealed box remained in my mind for few days. But today I came to know the real truth that while playing games as a rectangular line goes up and down continuously.


But than I thought that the problem is with the cable to which I change the cable and the problem still existed. Finally the thing is that Snapdeal.com send me a used


graphic card which was sold to someone else who returned it due to this defect and later snapdeal forwarded the same defective card 6670. I want my money back and a refund and will never buy anything from snapdeal.

Later in January I bought Laptop from them and they sold me 25000 laptop and sent a 20000 rs one. No reply to mails/phone call yet.
