Snap deal is a largest shopping site and app of India .I am not a regular user of this site. Recently I bought a product from this site but what ever is describe for that product is totally wrong. I ordered a hot shaper to reduce the abdomen fat. in description the buyers mention that it is original product, and the cost is 230 rs.plus 99 rs. is shipping charge. I paid total amount before delivery, and hoped that product should good but at least average .The products which delivered to me through this snap deal app will take time not much more but than that of the given time. But the product is totally opposite to the description. I have wore it continuously 4-5 hr. but do not get to sweat in those areas. So according to me the site is good but the merchant is not selling their genuine product as they described. Due to some merchants the site fame is going down. so it is my personal request to the team member of snap deal that they have to take care of customer and the value of money what they paid on this site.
