I ordered a few products and was mystified by the new depths of horrid service that this so called ecom portal provides. Personally I think they are a waste of time and should really consider shutting down shop and leaving the ecom space to those who know how to do things. The order was place 3 days ago and is still in the status "In Progress" (WHERE IS THE PROGRESS!!
IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR 3 DAYS!! So I mailed the customer care and they never bothered to reply to my mail. I have no idea when I am going to get the stuff I ordered and I cant track the order because it is still "IN PROGRESS!!!"....
bottom line... what could be a more satisfying than shopping at snapdeal.com? Just this... step out of the house, drive ALL the way to the market, struggle with parking, go to ten diff shops in the hot sun looking for what you want and find it in the 15th, then drive back home through MASSIVE traffic jams, having been cursed by half of India and having scratched the paint on the car and having dented it (all this misery would be preferable to shopping at snapdeal).
