Snapdeal got the worst ever service. I purchased a mobile from snapdeal and I was facing issues while making call from it . When I filed its return over call ( as they didnt allowed me to file one from app) they sent an so called engineer who came and checked physical condition of phone only and filled a sheet mentioning no physical fault like cracked display etc and also mentioned that phone unresponsive during call acc to customer knowledge. After engineers visit I waited for 24 hours and there was no revert from snapdeal .I called to ask about followup and they asked me to mail te sheet engineer gave me . I sent it to them and then again its over 3 days and no response and revert at all !
I called today morning and they said engineer ha e mentioned theres no physical fault in device and said wait for the revert .LOL . Totally nice gameplay by snapdeal . first they dont have engineers good enough to check the issue thoroughly . physical contions can be checked via mail too and even if the phone had bad condition they would reject return saying I have damaged it .
