Snapdeal is trustable shopping portal in india because last 2 year I am buying micromax canvas 2.2 a 114 mobile with this website. On last year my mobile battery is damge now I am ordered micromax mobile battery. When I open the parcel then I am received other brand battery for my micromax mobile. Immediately I am inform this information to snapdeal customer care , they apolozise for his mistake and ask me that sir you please return this product as soon as possible when I receive our product in his warehouse then they check it and refund your amount in your bank account. Then I returned it. And can you belive me that I am received my refund in my sd account same day. So guying happy shopping with snapdeal
