Im the old customer of snapdeal but I started to hate it because of its services actually im old customer of snapdeal previous 1year snapdeal giving best offer and genuine product but now a days for example I ordered a keyboard and mouse combo but I get only keyboard I report then and they say sorry sir product advertising mistake it is a single keyboard but entered wrong title
I told them to take it I mean I want to return but they say sorry we cant take it back because it is not damaged and they say that their policy of return product is manufacturing defects and then they hang up the call by saying we coreect our mistakes so that others didnt get the same problem
And afterwards I checked the same prodict which I buy u know what they didnt change the title and its remain same this lead me to tart hating snapdeal and its services
