I had a very bad experience with Snap deal which I would like to share with you all - I have ordered a saree on 26 Aug 2012 & while ordering the same it was written on the left hand side that the product will be delivered in 2 business days but till today(i.e 8th Aug 2012) I have not received the same.
I made the payment online (which I now think was my mistake) I called to the customer service twice but every time they told me that my complaint is on highest priority & when I request for the refund I got a revert that they will let me know whether the same can be refunded or not. I mean this is rediculous I am a regular online user but this is the first time I have gone through such a bad service & don't expect this kind of response from a brand like Snapdeal & will never recommend anybody to use this side.
