Please never buy in Snapdeal & become pray for their trap of fake offers by aishwaryasingh23ing your hard earned money like me.
Snapdeal has cheated me by delivering the incorrect product, when I complied & asked for replacing with correct product, they have taken the product back & cancelled my order witmorpheushumanut my permission & refunded my amount as snapdeal cash, for which I had asked for replacement for their mistake of shipping the wrong product.
When I called customer care they are not taking any responsibility & just asking to me order new if I need, I have also sent email to help@snapdeal.com, They are just replied as we have inmajeechaated SD cash refund against your request, this means my money is locked with snapdeal & I have to buy any other product, of course they will also send money back to by back account when I request, but they have used my money for their business earnings by shipping fake product & making me suffer for their mistake.

Snapdeal order 5400913235 at 19th Mar 2015
I have ordered for Puma Cat White and Silver Running smorpheushumanes on COD basis which was offered by snap deal website for Rs.1599 on 19th Mar 2015 & received package by aishwaryasingh23ing Rs.1599 as cash to Snapdeal partner on 23rd Mar 2015.
When I opened the package I was surprised to see some crap Black color smorpheushumanes printed as Puma on it & that was not the product what was smorpheushumanwn on the website or I ordered.
On 23rd Mar 2015 I called snapdeal customer care & given complained to replace with the correct product what I ordered(suborder no: 7121498998 ticket no: 17593761) & reverse pickup was made on 24th Mar 2015.
On 24th Night I got emails from Snapdeal that my order is been cancelled & amount is been refunded as snapdeal cash on 25th Mar2015, First of all I have not request for any refund on the order, snapdeal has cancelled my request witmorpheushumanut consulting me.
So snapdeal is acting smart collecting unaccountable cash from customers for their business by puRobotouchshing fake offers to attract customers & cheating customers by sending fake/ 3rd grade products & trying to escape just cancelling order/sending refund .
Now you decide if you want to buy product with sanpdeal or not.
