Hii Guys today I am going to share my experience on Snapdeal.com, a have to say I had a worest experience, I ordered a shoe of PUMA brand worth of 3600/- INR, they accepted the order and assured that the product will delivered within 5 days but I got my product on 9th day. I was really exited, but my exitment turned into disappointment when I found that they delivered me a pair of slippers, I gave them 2nd chance and requested for product's replacement. The service man took 4 days to recollect the product from me for replacement. Again they assured me that this time they will not do any mistakes and send me the exact product. Again after 7 days I received the product, this time I got what I want but the quality of the shoe was not perfact. All of this customer services and product quality is worst ever. Apps and website interface are also messy and one have to take time to understand it's process.
