Talking about the snapdeal I would like to give 2 stars out of 5 as I dont have good review about this shoping site. No doubt each and every thing we want in our daily life is available and offers are also good but still dont like odering from snapdeal.
The main reason behind not liking it is that many of my friends and me also odered some machine from this site and yeah it was tooo good when I started using it but after 3-4 times of use it got damaged on its own. So basically I want to say that is the quality is not good. No doubt I got my product on time as the service of delivery is good and it reached me on time but I am not happy with the quality. Many of my friends ordered from snapdeal and yeah they all have the same issue that the qualty is not up to the mark accoriding to tha money they spend. I would say that the website of snapdeal is good and never get hang up and yeah designed in a very good way as we can easily get the access to the product of our choice moreover talking about the snapdeal application which we can install in our android and iphones easily is alsoo too good. Both website and application are same but accessing it from application becomes more easy like we can use many of the offers to buy the product. I didnt like the customer service but because I m not satisfied with the service. As I called them up to tell about my product that its not working properly but they dont took it seriously and said yeah they will come after some days will exchange butt nooo they never came . Talking about the reliability, I am obviously not happy with it as the product quality is not good so itss not reliable and got damaged tooo soon even it did not worked properly when was in use and when it was working. So reliablity is very bad. The clothes I odered from snapdeal are different on the screen and different when I got them. The information regarding the quality and the type of cloth was absolutely wrong . It seems to be very soft and good quality when I saw it in the app but when I got it, it was completely different which dissappointed me. So seriously I would not suggest any of my friends or any other people to use this site or order something from snapdeal as many of the reviews of other people are also not good about this website and I am not satisfied with quality, customer service or reliability of the product. Many a times finding out the product of our choice in the search section becomes difficult as we searched for something else and it displays something else in the app so thats way too much irritating. So on the whole I am not happy about using the snapdeal.
