I have purchased a Panasonic DB-300 printer recently from snapdeal.com. Delivery was late by a day which may be acceptable but when I opened the box, I witnessed a damaged product. From here, my journey of daily agony and harassment has started.
A company which assures 7 day easy returns with host of assurances is now totally non-responsive to my issues. We have raised the complaint to them within one hour from receipt, calling them everyday for pick-up but nothing came from there side. Now they are saying that they cannot arrange for reverse pickup & we have to arrange the courier cost which is totally unacceptable. Even I have offered, that I will get it corrected by Panasonic service center & let them pay for the repair but their call center guys will not accept anything which is not told to them by the company.
I do not know whether this company will at all give 100% return as guaranteed or pay for the repair cost. Feeling totally messed up.
