I have ordered a mobile phone vide order no.3473129418 and after 17 days they cancelled my order and delaying the refund also.
They have given me just Rs. 500 of Snapdeal cash as a compensation. I have already spent huge amounts on follow up with them and a total of around 5-6 hours on phone and email. I am feeling disgusted at such a horrible service from Snapdeal.
Now, the price of the mobile I had ordered has also gone up even on Snapdeal. Snapdeal should adequately compensate me for this. More than anything else, I should be compensated for the harrassment I have faced from Snapdeal in this regard.
