I ordered a Samsung galaxy-y last Monday, and they promised delivery within 3-5 days. Today is Monday again, when I checked the courier status, it said "Shipment returned to shipper." On calling Blue Dart, they said it was snapdeal.com that asked them to send back the phone. Called snapdeal.com, and that annoying woman was unable to come up with any satisfactory answer.
Since I chose "Cash on Delivery": option, I escaped this fraud attempt. But the unlucky people that make the mistake of paying via credit cards, they suffer while trying to request, or should I say beg, for a refund or reorder.
I would like to advise all my fellow readers to never order anything from snapdeal.com.
