Hi, Guys this is Hitesh. last month I have bought 2 t-shirts from snapdeal.in which I have got delievered on 17 december but due to some reasons I dont like that product so I have decided to return it. On 18 december they picked up my order and on 22 december they refund me my amount but this refund amount yet to come into my bank account. I have contacted them on phone and emailed them but no satisfactory answer. I have also contacted my bank but there they are saying that u have to contact where this refund is originated. I dont know now what to do. I have already emailed my bank's statement pdf to snapdeal but they said they not get such mail. I hope Snapdeal will solve my problem soonly and no one face such problem in future. Snapdeal- U box Unhappiness for me. ????
