I ordered a watch from Snapdeal and I was about to gift somebody on his birthday. In an unfortunate circumstance, it did not reached me. Then I checked the app and It said that I have missed my delivery because the addressee was not available. Then I reschedule the delivery to its next day and an option to schedule in their provided deliver time slots. I felt good because this ease of option was good cause it was easy and need not go and call or mail to the customer executive helpline. Then on next day on my given time slot the product did not arrived and once again the same information showed as the addressee was not available, and it was the date of my friend's birthday.This false information di not me much of a thinking and by evening I went to a watch shop, bought a watch and gifted to my friend on his birthday. Later, I just cancelled the order. Just not good enough.
