Snapdeal is a fraud portal. I had made some purchases last week. The delivery partners are irresponsible and uneducated. They expect you to be sitting at home and waiting for their delivery person who should be then clearly instructed about your house address and directions. Otherwise the easiest thing they do is say the address is incorrect. The big joke is a part of the order is delivered in the morning and by evening the address becomes incorrect.

After 4 days when they are unable to deliver it they cancell the order and do not give any reason. There is no response or the decency to inform me by phone or mail.
My sincere advise to online shoppers please avoid Snapdeal. This is a fraud website and you will regret buying anything here. They are totally irresponsible and will only make your day miserable.
AVOID SNAPDEAL.
