CHEATING CUSTOMERS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Writing on behalf of a 60plus old lady whom I convinced to order on line via snapdeal a product(micromax tv 50inch) which she could have picked up at a store! BAD choice as this horrible experience and harassment has totally put her off SNAPDEAL! Details below:- 26th Apr: Order Placed


29th Apr: 7pm Tv delivered


30th Apr  guy from Micromax comes to install the TV(so far so good)


But this is where the trouble started!


30th Apr: Micromax guy unpacks the Tv nd finds its a cracked screen


30apr same time: we called up Snap deal are told that they are arranging a


reverse pick up


AFTER 2-3 PHONECALLS DAILY!, A LOT OF LIES AND FAKE PROMISES FROM SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE(read harassment) TEAM SUPERVISORS AND VULCAN COURIES FOR SIX DAYS!(i can post names and details of each conversation too but that would make this a very very long review)


0n 5th May: 6 days after lodging a complain vulcan couriers finally picked up this product called up Snapdeal at customer service number and informed them too


6th May: Priya from snapdeal called up to "confirm" whether Tv has been picked up or not! Suggested sending a New Tv(replacement) can TAKE UPTO ANOTHER 7 BUSINESS DAYS!


AGAIN A FEW PHONE CALLS WAIT FOR ANOTHER TWO DAYS


9th may: RECD AREPLACEMENT AFTER A LONG WAIT


MICROMAX TECHNICIAN OPENED AND INSTALLED THIS AND AGAIN ITS A DEFECTIVE/CRACKED SCREEN!


TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER ON OPENING THE PACKAGE A RECEIPT CAME UP DATED 22APR BY SOMEONE ELSES NAME MEANING IT WAS DEFECTIVE RETURN THAT WAS FORWARDED TO US BY DISTRIBUTOR BMS MUDKA VIA SNAPDEAL


AT THIS POINT EVEN THE MICROMAX INTALLER WAS LAUGHING AT THE PATHETIC SERVICE OF SNAPDEAL!


9th May called up SNAPDEAL again and was given same bullshit that "IT WILL TAKE 3 business days for pick up and another 7 business days for refund or replacement.


AFTER NUMEROUS PHONECALLS TO SNAPDEAL AND MAILS TO THEIR HIGHER MANAGEMENT WE FINALLY GOT OUR REFUND AFTER 20 DAYS! OF ORDERING.


This experience left her stressed harassed and without a TV moreover snapdeal attitude was "whatever we used your money for 20 days but we returned it"


I GUESS MICROMAX IS ALSO LOSING OUT BECAUSE OF SNAPDEAL AS SOME OF THESE PRODUCTS ARE EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY!
