My kind request dont purchase from SNAPDEAL I bought my lenova vibe X2 on 9th feb 16 and I faced speaker problem with the phone and lodged a complaint on 27th feb 2016 still no one responded every day iam calling their customer care and sending mail there is no response.
Spoke to customer care executives Jaisree & geetanjali from their customer care they told me there is strike in snapdeal for past one week so backend team is not working. they can sort out the issue after their backend functioning.
