I placed an order for a perfume 20th December 2011 for Perry Ellis Men's perfume and on repeated follow-ups a Nina Ricci Woman's perfume was delivered on the 4th January 2012.
I immediately logged in a complaint with the Snapdeal call center who mentioned a call back will be arranged on 5th Jan 2012. I did not get a call from Snapdeal until 7th Jan 2012 but the Customer Service Representative was of no help at all, instead of understanding my situation, he kept repeating the same process as a parrot. He finally hung up the phone with no help.
It's already 15th Jan 2012 and despite repeated attempts to follow up with Snapdeal, they have not been able to help. I am worried my Rs.2800/- which I paid for the product will never been returned to me.
A big disappointment and a complete waste of time and money.
