Very big cheaters,liars would never buy again. Review on Snapdeal

My order no is 1561112637

I have placed order on 31st dec 2013 and paid full amount around 18.5k using credit card

After seeing estimated shipping date as 1st jan 2014 I went ahead and placed the order.

Seller is some Khanna electronics.But till date there is not shipment of product, they are just holding customers money and enjoying nothing else.

Are you going to pay interest to me?

I have mailed and called them so many times but they are just giving false assurances and commitments again and again instead of cancelling the order and refunding my money.

I have few points

1>Why they are still taking orders when they dont have stock available? boss orders are pending since 10 days already

2>Any stupid seller can be a part of snapdeal and can cheat snapdeal because they dont have trained professionals to make proper followup and get product delivered within given time frame

3>Very very casual approach towards customers.They can commit any timelines whatever they want to customer.Really big cheaters I would say for that matter

4>Competitors like flipkart able to deliver within 2 days same product

5>I am sure after reading similar reviews I read on mouthshut people will not dare to buy product from them

6>Like me I found at least 10 people online whose delivery took at least 15 days and many of them received used products.

7>Request you to cancel my order if you dont have stock.Dont fool the customers

Hats off to Snapdeal. it will be "Scrapdeal" if dont take steps now:)
