I had been a regular buyer of products from SnapDeal and fortunately didnt get into any issue so was considering it to be a different organisation from other when it comes to customer care.
I ordered a Single Bed from SnapDeal on 22nd Feb 2016, Order No: 14991455709 which was delivered on 27th Feb 2016.The entire shipment was in 2 packets one was having my details correctly and other one was for someone else.Since the packages were heavy it took some time for us to check the labels and since one was ok we didn't check the other one.
Since 27th Feb till date I have made numerous calls, complaints to their customer care number( complaint no: 20051996) but no one either calls me or send me any response on this.I have made atleast 7 calls in these 15 days without any resolution.Everytime I get a response a high priority issue has been raised but when I call the next day they start asking me the whole story from again.I am completely frustated as I cannot return it as 7 days are over nor can I assemble the bed as the parts are wrong.Not sure with such horrific experience will I be able to again buy anything from SnapDeal in future.I thought it's taking time will resolve but 15 days is too many days for a small resolution to this problem.
