Incompetent, cheat & Fraud - Snapdeal

I think all of these match pretty well for Snapdeal and their services. I had ordered "Indian Hub - Plasma TV Unit" during your Dussehra Sale on 06th October 2014(order# 3042697677). Delivery was supposed to happen by Nov 06, 2014. But till Nov-10, 2014 these guys didn't take any responsibility to inform me about the status of product, until I inquired about it.


Two different statuses provided via two different communications clearly indicate that snapdeal is  trying to cheat and fraud with customers and are not at all committed to customers. Snapdeal are incompetent of handling their vendors. So if an order is placed there is equal possibility that buyer will not get the order.


One response message from Snapdeal said that shipment is lost in courier. Other says Snapdeal were unable to procure product from your vendor.


If they are unable to deliver promised product, then why are they putting them on sale. Snapdeal kept my Rs.4999/- for one full month, now happily these guys are saying "Sorry for Inconvenience". Where is interest for this amount. If payments are not made on time to vendors, it typically attract 24-25% interest. Where is similar interest for my amount!

This is very much visible that these guys couldn't manage their partners, didn't had proper agreements with them and are not able to take timely delivery from them and don't want to deliver sold products to customers.
