Regarding snapdeal I am having mix experience i.e. bad and good.
Bad Experience I took one deal though snapdeal for on hotel in pune. I was suppose to complete the deal in 1 month time. I went to that hotel in 10 days time. As per deal I had given certain 350 rs and was given permission to buy 500 rs products. Rates were mentioned on snapdeal according to which I calculated what to buy and ordered, cost was just going 15 rs above which I was ready to pay according to print out of rates from snapdeal.com. But the bill which was handed to me was around 200 rs more I was suppose to pay because as per the hotel they had changed the rates and they are not as per snapdeal.
Good experience- When I contacted snapdeal regarding it they were helpless and said they cant do anything about it. I closed the deal without taking extra. After many mails and conversations with snapdeal they refunded me some % of my money as credit points in my account.
With this credit points and giving some more money which was cash on delivery I purchased other products which I got in good condition and in 3 days.If you are ready to take followup if any thing goes wrong while dealing with snapdeal (as they are not having good cross checking system for suppliers) go with Snapdeal
