Never trust snapdeal. Purchased a notebook PC "HP2000-2d37tu" very recently (on Aug.25 2013) Order no: 1211222905. This laptop is pre-loaded with Free DOS from HP and the hard disk drive (or more components may be ) found faulty.
Hdd won't allow me to install any OS on to it. Tried Windows 7, Windows 8 and even Windows XP. But no luck. Also, I got an error from the when I ran the hdd diagnostics - "SMART not installed." I think this unit itself is faulty because I can't see my hdd and optical drive is detected in the BIOS.
Please don't order any items from snap deal, they are selling faulty items by discounting prices. I had opted for 6 EMI transaction for this order. This also is not yet converted from snapdeal. Now I have to pay 21000 for a faulty laptop from snapdeal.
They should change the site name to cr#pdeal or cheatdeal as soon as possible.
