Dear friends, I order one saree to my sister to deliver to my sister's address. What happens I don't no, the product is changed it mean what I ordered colour and quality changed. I given compliant to costamar care and I want to replace the product, after five days my sister received same product. Again I called the costemar care and I say to repay money, I return the saree. Till to day several times I called several times. Onle one answer from customer career that is our service manager call soon. I think snapdel is not in proper discipline.I hope that it may be rectifay the custom or problems in comeig days.
