I bought a quilt and bed sheet covers from Snapdeal.com, 3 weeks ago to be delivered in Bangalore. It has not been yet delivered and still following up on that. After calling so many times to Snapdeal, it does not take any responsibility to follow up for the delay, instead asked me to follow with the courier details.
The courier partner is ECOM_EXPRESS, and they say that the Product is in Bangalore and they always say it will be delivered next day. Sincere suggestion to all the customers not to buy products from Snapdeal.com and ECOM EXPRESS.
