I would like to share my worst experiences with Snapdeal. I had bought SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive on 30th October, 2015 but still I am waiting for my order to deliver. It is showing, dispatched on 02 November, 2015 from Chennai and later on there is no update in the tracking history. This is my second experience with Snapdeal in the last two months. Earlier, they delayed a lot to deliver my Mac laptop although it was at my nearest hub for more than 3 days.


They waited for estimated time to over and then deliver. Their courier partner Gojavas is worst, When I enquired to track my order, their customer care didn't show any attitude to deal with customer and couldn't answer for delaying and didn't give any assurance to deliver my product on priority although I had mentioned the urgency of the product for my business. Snapdeal is least bother to deliver the product even after 15 days. This is really frustrating because these eCommerce sites are making tall claims but at the time of deliver, they are worst. First they should improve their infrastructure then make tall claims. I would request everyone think before ordering a product on Snapdeal.
