I have been using Snapdeal for quite a long time and I must say that compared to previous years, company has improved user experience a lot, I suppose to stay competitive in market. Overall product quality is good not the best although.
Price is above average and competitive compared to other online portals
Website look is quite better compared to past
vast variety of products offering
Offers and discounts are similar to other companies
I recommend Snapdeal for electronics and other shopping but not for fashion apparels. They are just ok and not up to the mark.
Improvement needed in areas like offers & promotions, fashion products, speciality products etc.
Service delivery is not so good although for many products they charge for shipping. Third party courier service is just too slow.
Refund procedure is hassle free
