I purchased this deal for my wife from snapdeal.com. The deal promised Machine Fruit Facial, Manicure/Pedicure, Haircut, Blow Dry, Head Massage & Waxing. Following are the details:

She used the service and was very dissatisfied with the service and somehow felt misinformed. The quality of the services was poor. The staff was discourteous. The guy refused to give her an hair cut saying that its TRIMMING only which is covered. She had to pay Rs. 300 extra for the cut. When she asked for a pedicure, the service was rudely declined. She was told that all we have is manicure. She came back with a very foul mood.
I don't care about Kosh, they have already missed the chance to having a repeat customer and have also invited bad word-of-mouth publicity. I know they are not smart enough to understand all that. However, I am sad about SnapDeal which I thought would be very particular about what kind of retailers/ service providers they tie up with. I did not go for KOSH but for SNAPDEAL which I thought was looking for a sustained customer base.
I really felt low in front of my wife who now thinks that I have bought her a AWFUL DEAL just because I got it cheap.
Felt really bad. I bought a massage deal(voucher number - 46535457) for myself which I am really really wary to use right now.
