Have ordered numerous products from Snapdeal. A recent order for a Prestige saucpan was very disappointing.
The pan arrived with a damaged lid. We contacted the company immediately and only after numerous phone calls did we receive the returns form. In fact, the courier arrived 30 mins after the return form!
